Step into a day of quiet restoration and inner alignment.
The retreat on May 2nd (9am - 4pm), is a gentle space to pause, breathe, and step away from the noise - especially if you’ve been carrying the weight of emotional heaviness, disconnection, or overwhelm. Through breathwork, meditation, guided reflection, and a closing sound bath, you’ll be supported in softening what feels heavy and reconnecting with a steadier, more grounded version of yourself.
This is a day to simply be - to listen inward, to reset your nervous system, and to return to a sense of clarity, presence, and inner balance. You’ll leave feeling more connected, more centered, and with simple tools to support yourself beyond this day.
