A: It’s completely natural to feel scared before starting any form of emotional healing, trauma release, or breathwork journey. Healing doesn’t mean reliving your past suffering—it means releasing it. My trauma-informed approach uses gentle breathwork, mindfulness, and energy healing to help you safely process emotions without overwhelming you. Often, the pain of carrying emotional wounds is greater than the temporary discomfort of letting them go.

A: No. My trauma-informed healing methods focus on somatic and energetic release, meaning you do not have to retell or relive your trauma for healing to happen. Breathwork and subconscious reprogramming allow the body to let go without retraumatization.
