We have become accustomed to living with stress, anxiety & depression, like it’s a part & parcel of life. Well, walking across to the other side of that myth myself, I can safely tell you that it is not. We live bustling lives, moving at very fast paces, living for others, waiting on approval from others, buried in our gadgets, competing with one another, competing with ourselves even. We give away our power, by living these lives.
Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools that we have to enable us to change our lives. We can choose the way we walk through the world, choose the frequency of our vibration through our breath.
Breathwork has been backed by science. On an emotional level, breathwork Cultivates cathartic emotional release of trauma. It helps regulate your emotions, and therefore your energy, giving you full control of how you feel. It boosts our happiness quotient, our self-worth & it kindles self-love. It also breaks patterns of negative thinking, behavior & addictions.

On a spirit level, it creates spaciousness, clarity, presence & awareness. It allows you to access non- ordinary states of consciousness. It supports spiritual awakening & healing. It most beautiful of all is, it helps you connect to Source & to your Higher-Self. Our breath is our breath is our lifeforce. It helps us expand & elevate our consciousness.
I work with yogic breath called pranayama, as well as the conscious connected breath.

Reiki is a Japanese alternative healing technique developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. It is a technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient either in person or by distance, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki is based on the principle that all the universe is made of energy. Your body is no exception. All living things carry a life force. That life force within us creates a system of 7 energy centers called Chakras.
Chakras work together to provide balance. If any of those energy centers are unbalanced, it can cause disruption in the way you think, feel, and the way you are living your life. Reiki is the method in which to bring balance and alignment of the 7 Chakras.
Reiki can assist in identifying energetic blocks that are hindering you from achieving the life you deserve and desire. Reiki helps the individual become more connected to oneself and supports healing and manifesting of positive energy and outcome from the inside out; mind, body and spirit, awakening the best in your human spirit. A Reiki session may not provide all the answers to your problems, but will most likely provide you with a feeling of instant relaxation and the insight and direction needed to achieve your goals.
