Release any tiredness in your body & mind with a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding poses for longer periods of time. Enjoy the benefits of improved circulation, stress reduction and anxiety bringing about deep relaxation. This session is with Jenny.

Movement shakes of the rigidity of the mind. This is an opportunity for you to move your body to music that wakes up your soul allowing you to release stuck energies and patterns that no longer serve you. When the mind is lighter, the road into the heart is a smoother journey.

Meet Jenny, a Yoga teacher and professional organizer.
I believe that all things spiritual are deeply rooted in the everyday experience of our lives but we don’t have the awareness for it yet. My goal in life to find true freedom and my own authentic expression. I aspire to feel comfortable in my body. I imagine it like being able to lay on a hammock on a spring day and feel the warmth of the sun on me while feeling a welcoming light breeze. I am so free and at ease that I can feel the wind pass right through me. I want to deeply relax into myself. I want to savor and love every moment I can in my life. I would say that one of my biggest achievements was when I quit the stability of my day job, face my fears little by little to figure out what my dreams and my purpose in life really is. This journey has brought me here today and now I want to share everything I’ve learned so we can all find deep soulful healing in our lives. It’s the only one we got and I want to help those make the most of it.

Krishna Shah is the founder of House of Wild Lotus, a wellness company created to bring ancient holistic practices in a modern world. She is a Certified Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Sound Healer and an avid practitioner of Ayurveda. Here to help you alchemize your wellbeing through self-love, Krishna's mission is to guide you home to yourself.

More About Breathwork

Our brain uses 20-25% of our oxygen supply as nourishment. But in today’s world with pollution, air-conditioned environments, and less exercise, we are not getting what we need. The result is dimmed mindful awareness, but we have gotten so used to it that we think of it as normal. We accept diminished vitality as our baseline, and our brain learns to live with less. So what could happen if we increased the dosage? With the Sacred Hesling Breath we increase the supply of oxygen to the brain. We awaken the system again, and through our connected breath pattern, we not only restore our brain with what it craves, but much more, too. For those that have meditated before, you will find the experience a powerful way to support your practice. For those who know they should meditate, but don’t, the Sacred Healing Breath will provide you with an instant opportunity to connect to the benefits of deep meditation. The body is an archive of everything we are born with, as well as all the trauma we may have faced. Learning to live with and cope with unresolved traumas is possible, but limits us. What if there was another method, one that connected us with ourselves in a positive, supporting, and compassionate way? In our busy lives, where the demands of our work and home life compound the stress and anxieties that we suffer, what if we had a tool we could use as a remedy? One that could not just reduce the pressure, but reawaken our enthusiasm, reconnect us with our passion, and even act as a guide for the way forward? What if the answer lies in each of us, and the quickest way to it is through our breath? Let us seek resolution and not just settle for the temporary relief distraction. Let us reduce the need for exhaustion, obsessive behavior, and even medications, as a way of finding balance.
